Customer Consultation/QC Requirements:

Team – In Production Inspection

Assisting the production manager in developing production schedules and timelines to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
Conducting inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality standards. This may involve inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress items and finished products.
Collaborating with the production team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, such as streamlining workflows or implementing new quality control procedures,
Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and any issues or deviations encountered. Providing regular reports to management on production progress, quality metrics, and any corrective actions taken.
Addressing any production-related issues or challenges that arise, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns, and implementing appropriate solutions to minimize disruption and maintain production output.
Performing any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time that match your skill set by the management in line with the objectives of the company.

Requirements & Qualifications:

CAD – Pattern Makers

Role – Local & International Applicants

Work with our creative director to discuss the base design.
Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.
Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
Sending the initial pattern for a production check.
Meeting with the creative team to review the final product.
Tweaking & grading the pattern and filing the design.

Senior Suit Makers

Discussing design, alteration, or repair requirements with production team to ensure that their specifications are met.
Cutting Of fabric, Stitching and joining neck and sleeves.
Modifying garments according to customer instructions, which includes tapering pant legs, lining sheer garments, removing pockets, and adding padding,.
Altering garments to improve comfort and fit, which includes shortening sleeves or straps, narrowing lapels, as well as taking in or letting out seams.
Repairing customers’ garments, which includes patching or sewing tears and holes.
Constructing garments for customers based on their design ideas, specifications, and preferences.

Job Title – Fashion Photographer

Responsibilities:

Product Photography: Capture high-quality, visually appealing images of our fashion products whilst ensuring an accurate representation of colors, textures, and details.
Studio Management: Maintain and organize the photography studio, including equipment, props, and set designs, to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient production process.
Work with other departments to get clothes ready for photography in-house.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed, using industry-standard software.
Model Direction: Provide guidance and direction to models during photo shoots to achieve the desired poses, expressions, and mood for each shot, ensuring that they align with the brand’s image and message.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a fashion photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, fashion shoots, and image editing.
Proficiency in digital photography equipment, studio lighting techniques, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high production standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and aesthetics.
